As part of our quality consciousness, we conduct rigorous quality product planning. We use a planning tool similar to the one that has been adopted by the automotive industry called Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). This tool ensures a flawless product launch.
APQP establishes a project timeline, allows for partner input, identifies a Bill of Materials (BOM) and determines material acquisition requirements. It spans design and prototyping steps, facility and equipment requirements, the full manufacturing process, production control, production training and ramp-up. In all, there are 35 measurable steps that are reviewed regularly to assure quality product development. After all, failure of your device concept in the field is not an option.

Program Managers are assigned to your project for both the Engineering/Design phase and the Manufacturing phase of operations. The Program Managers drive the APQP process and its regular progress reviews to keep the project timeline on track.
Once the APQP action steps for Engineering and Design work are satisfied, the Engineering/Design Program Manager hands off the design to the Manufacturing Program Manager who, in turn, sees it through the production phase.
The Program Managers gather evidence from the project teams to make sure the steps identified in the APQP process are met. We won’t let the project – or you – fail.
